The Goblin Grotto
Level 1 Workout

Quest Log Entry:
You've stumbled upon the "Groggy Grotto," a dimly lit tavern carved into a cavern wall and reeking of stale ale and goblin musk (one of the worst musks). It's the only known hangout for miles, and tonight, it's packed with off-duty goblin mercenaries. Rumors whisper that Grog, the corpulent goblin tavern owner, possesses vital intel. Can you muscle your way in, charm the goblins, or pry the information from Grog's greasy mitts?
Workout Structure: Dungeoneering (Time-Based Exploration)
Equipment:
Dumbbells or weighted household items (optional)
Chair or sturdy box
Soundtrack: Epic trailer music
Warm-Up:
Neck Rolls: Slowly roll your head in a circular motion, forward and backward (10 times each direction).
Ale Swig: Torso twists to loosen up from your travels (30 seconds).
Bouncer Bump: Shoulder shrugs to prepare for some shoving (30 seconds).
Blood Boil: Jumping Jacks to get the red stuff pumping (30 seconds).
Exploration (5 rounds, 1 minute each station):
Bar Brawl Brawls: Close-grip push-ups. (Prove you can handle yourself.) If unable to perform push-ups, modify to incline push-ups against a wall or chair.
Keg Toss: Squat to overhead press (using dumbbells or household items). (Show off your strength to the crowd.)
Tabletop Tumble: Plank with alternating leg raises. (Dodge incoming tankards and fists.)
Drunken Stagger: Walking lunges with bicep curls (using dumbbells or household items). (Weave through the rowdy crowd.)
Grog's Grog Keg Lift: Romanian deadlifts with dumbbells or weighted household items (or bodyweight squats if no weights available). (Impress Grog with your raw power.)
After each round, roll a D20:
1-5: Spilled Ale! - 5 burpees to clean up the mess.
6-10: Tavern Brawl! - 30 seconds of shadow boxing to intimidate the troublemakers. Add light weights to up the intensity.
11-15: Free Round! Grog's impressed. Take a 15-second swig of water.
16-20: Secret Admirer! Someone slips you a potion (skip any exercise the next round).
Boss Battle (Challenge Grog): (Immediately follows the 5th round of exploration)
Grog's Beer Belly Barrage: 30 seconds of squat holds.
Tankard Toss: 15 push-ups.
Keg Swing: 20 kettlebell swings (or squat jumps if no kettlebell).
Barroom Blitz: 30 mountain climbers.
Cool-Down:
Warrior's Toast: Raise a glass of water to your reflection (30 seconds).
Feign Death: Child's pose (1 minute).
Achievements:
Grog Dodger: Complete all 5 rounds of exploration without triggering any D20 movements.
King of the Grotto: Complete the Boss Battle in under 2 minutes.
Smooth Talker: Successfully skip two exercises through D20 rolls.
Level-Up:
Completing this workout earns you 50 XP.
Reach 100 XP to unlock the Rogue class and access the next workout in the campaign.
